I. Masters Division was created in September 2007 city, renamed in 2009 in the department of graduate and doctoral studies at the a license to conduct educational activities for 4 specialties Doctorate (Order № 60 of 17.09.2009, the).
Masters Division is administrative and management personnel of the University, which provides leadership, coordination and organization of the core activities of implementation of professional Curriculum of postgraduate education.
The department carries out training specialists with higher professional and advanced scientific and pedagogical formation of 6 Master specialties:

ІІІ. Functions of Judiciary:
Masters Division is reviewing, discussion and approval of all matters relating to the Magistrate, including::
- acceptance of documents for entering the master's degree, master design of personal files;
- formation of academic groups and flow;
- organization and methodical support educational process: the development of regulatory, educational and methodological documents materials to provide work of the department, departments and laboratories, the organization practices, and research;
- The organization of all types of control Knowledge of learners cycles for individual subjects or disciplines in many foreign stages of the learning process;
- formation and retention of records Academic Achievement;
- monitoring the implementation of individual master plans;
- drafting training plans and programs for directions disciplines, professions and specializations, academic calendar, class schedules and exams, building directory elective courses;
- organization of control and accounting academic performance, attendance and graduate analysis of these indicators;
- preparation of draft orders and the Dean on the contingent of students, teaching, research, and methodology of the department,

VI. The work of Masters.
The work of Masters coordinated with the activities of all the 9 departments of the university, the education department in matters relating to educational programs and research undergraduates.
Masters Division address issues in writing disciplines, organization and planning master's activities in accordance with the academic calendar and curricula.
Division by control of educational achievements of students in accordance with the schedule of educational process developed for the academic year and approved by the Academic Council of the University. Based on the schedule is the academic calendar approved Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.
The main strategic direction of the Kazakh University of Railway High quality of education, the achievement of which depends on proper and efficient organization of all departments of the university, teaching methodology and logistics training process.
